RUBYCELL P Roll
Out-Standing Absorbent / Preservation for Water
Characteristics
It is highly effective for squeezing and removing water out from the objective.The reason is that the sequent pore structure whose pore's diameter ranges from 10 μ m to 30 μ m as being ultra-micro cells so that the roller can instantly absorb water and its surface is always dry.

Drying Temperature in a process can be lowered and the Speed of a Production can be quickened because of outstanding liquid-removing and squeezing effects (Yield Ratio). In addition, the roller can dramatically reduce the Loss in a Process since no dirt or dust can stick back to the objective. Finally, its life cycle under normal usage is much longer several times than general squeezing rollers because of its excellence in abrasion resistance.

Unlike the other type of rollers, P-Roll does not harden even under a prolonged period and a dry state (e.g. without giving water periodically or right after a long holiday). The reason is that this roller has the high water absorption (ability) and so it does not require periodical wetting of the roller.
