RUBYCELL, a new material developed by TOYOPOLYMER is an innovative urethane sponge with a fine, homogeneous microporous structure.
Pore diameter can be adjusted between 10 to 300 microns depending on the application. Hardness can also be adjusted flexibly.
RUBYCELL has excellent water resistant,corrosion resistant formability and breathable characteristics. It is being eyed by various fields as a promising material with infinitely possible applications.

RUBYCELL

RUBYCELL, developed with TOYOPOLYMER’s original technologies, is a special urethane sponge with microscopic continuous pores. RUBYCELL allows everything from polymerization to foam formation to be completed in-house, giving complete freedom in sponge performance design.

RUBYTACK

RUBYTACK is adhesive material which is developed which is based on TOYOPOLYMER’s urethane development technologies.
This urethane-based adhesive material reduced bleeding (oozing of glue) dramatically compared with Butyl rubber or silicon adhesives.

Water absorbent

RUBYCELL-foam instantly absorbs water.

Remarkable water-absorbing power is extremely popular in PCB(Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing process, printed circuit board manufacturing processes.

After the washing process, the microporous foam instantaneously and completely eliminates moisture from PCBs, contributing to improved productivity and yield ratio.
